Finalists Announced for the AMA|Rochester Pinnacle Awards
Twenty-two companies have been named as finalists in the AMA|Rochester Awards competition. Presented by the Rochester chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the awards recognize effective marketing tactics and campaigns with clear objectives, strong strategies, creative implementation, and results. A panel of experienced marketing directors from the Philadelphia AMA chapter served as judges for the competition. The awards competition is sponsored by the Rochester Business Journal, the University of Rochester Simon School of Business, and Partners + Napier. Additional support provided by MNI Targeted Media.

The winners will be announced at the AMA|Rochester Awards Celebration on Thursday, May 22 at the Harro East Ballroom in Rochester, NY. To register for the event, go to ama-rochester.org. Tickets are $45 for AMA/Rochester members, $58 for non-members, and $35 for students, with a table of 8 for $390.
AMA|Rochester Pinnacle Awards will be presented in 20 campaign and element categories, in both for-profit and non-profit divisions with two companies selected for the top honor of the “Marketer of the Year.” A few of the categories include: Business-to-Business Communications, Integrated Marketing Campaign, Special Event, Blog, Direct Mail, Social Media Initiative, and Trade Show Promotion.

The awards celebration will begin at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 22 at Harro East Ballroom, Rochester, NY with a reception and display of the finalists. A light dinner buffet will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the presentation will start at 6:45 p.m.
